Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. We never sign you up for a long term contract through our website and therefore you can choose to sign up to pay monthly. However, if you would like to sign up to a longer-term contract, we would be more than happy to set this up for you. Simply shoot us over an email or support ticket and we can arrange a yearly contract - a discounted price will be available too.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial period?
Definitely Not. We will not charge your credit/debit card until you explicitly tell us you would like to upgrade to our paid plans.
What payment methods to you accept?
Do prices include VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Therefore any applicable taxes will be added.
Do you charge for support?
No — we love hearing from the businesses using RotaCubed! All customer support is included (Phone/Chat/Email)
*How do I claim the £100 free credit?
If you're currently with a Time & Attendance or Rota Management provider, you'll need to send us an email with the copy of the last 3 months bills, from the provider to support@signflowcom.wpcomstaging.com. Once we validate the invoices we will add the credit to your account, and the next payments will be taken from the credit balance before charging your card.
